MARCH MEETING REPORT 


Date: March 19 2021 Friday

Acccountable: Project coordinator and incumbent teachers

Means: Evaluation of March activity-project implementations and distribution of tasks between teachers

Materials: In-class application materials and visuals, zoom online meeting application 

Target Group: Papatya Kindergarten’s project responsible teachers and school administrators

Meeting Items:

  1. Gulliver Kindergarten’s painting exhibition was visited via zoom meeting by Papatya Kindergarten 5-B class. Accompanied by the responsible teacher, the project team introduced the visual arts activities and offered our students the opportunity to examine them. During the meeting, 5-B class students realized that the works of our project partner were similar to the ones we did. Students interacted with each other.
  2. With the activities carried out in March, the monthly gains of the classes and the interactions between the two cultures were evaluated. Teachers shared their classroom-based experiences.
  3. Distribution of tasks and work to be done: A team formed to report the work done on dissemination of Erasmus + Project. Özge Akar and Özlem Altunsoy from the project team will announce their observations and experiences about Romanian Culture and Gulliver Kindergarten via blog post and school website.

 In cooperation with Nilüfer Kindergarten and Sardunya Kindergarten, which is located near the campus of our school, Erasmus plus project introductions and impressions will be conveyed.  Dissemination work images will be uploaded to the blog page to be set up.
The Facebook page and prepared articles will be shared for them to develop and experience projects. 

Images and video contents of the activities will continue to be uploaded to the Facebook project group.

  Işıl Işık and Deniz Akarçay will work together to report the March activities. They will translate the reports and transfer them to the relevant units.

  Lütfiye Aksu will take a note and report on the meeting and transfer of information between our school’s project teachers.
